Thursday, August 18, 2005  Proud Pacheco I'm a proud Pacheco...Kristen and I found out this morning that she passed her NCLEX exam and is on her way to obtaining her R.N. license!! Thanks to everyone for their well wishes and prayers.... My flex-sig (that's what the doctor calls it) went well and the doctor found no obvious signs of polyps or cancer, so that's a good sign. I get to eat again (thank God) and though I'm still on medication, things are looking up. God is good! 8:27 AM | Yay! You are okay! I haven't eaten in over 24 hours in preparation for my Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, and I am starving...all food sounds good to me right now. I can't wait until my procedure is over tomorrow (late morning) so that I can finally eat. 8:50 PM | If all food sounds good right now, I think that I'll have some beets, red cabbage and some eggplant ready for when the procedure is over. Looks like he may keep up with it, which is cool. I hope he doesn't mind my linking to it from mine. Doug's done training clients so he's back at the helm, which takes a load off of me.
